FAQs
Introduction
Streaming Video is best viewed via a high-speed internet connection such as DSL, cable, etc., but it is possible to view low resolution versions of the videos via dial-up. You will need one of the following media players: Real Player QuickTime Player or Windows Media Player. You may need to update your media player or allow it to install the necessary "codec" (a software component that decodes the video stream). If the video will not play or if you can hear audio but the video is blank, you likely need to update your software. If you are prompted to install a "missing codec" simply follow the onscreen instructions of your media player. If you are not prompted and still can't see the video, download the latest version of the media player and install it manually or contact your computer support department.
